Account and data
Delete your PadelCounter account
You can delete your PadelCounter account and its data in the app or here on the web. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open Community, go to your profile, tap Edit profile, then your @name, and choose Delete account.
On the web
Enter the email address you sign in with. We send it a link; the account is deleted only after you open the link and confirm.
Do you sign in only with Apple or Google? Then we don't know your email address. Delete the account in the app, or write to info@padelcounter.com with your @name.
What is deleted
- Your account: @name, sign-in methods (Apple, Google, email) and all sessions. A Sign in with Apple connection is revoked at Apple.
- Your profile: display name, bio, profile links, profile photo, avatar and gear (including gear photos), profile settings and statistics.
- Followers, people you follow, follow requests, blocks and live alerts.
- Your shared matches with their photos and captions, your reactions, your comments and the tags of you in other people's matches.
- Match invitations, the open games you created, your places in other open games and your open-game chat messages.
- Your direct-message conversations, for both people in them.
- The push notification tokens of your devices.
What is kept
- Reports you made about other people stay for review, without your name.
- Security events (for example a sign-in) remain only as anonymous counts.
- Matches stored on your phone and watch stay there until you delete them or the app. A live score under a match code stays until the next match overwrites it.
- Activities you uploaded to Strava stay in your Strava account.
How long it takes
Deletion happens right away when you confirm. If a Sign in with Apple connection must be revoked and Apple can't be reached, the account is locked immediately and deletion finishes automatically, usually within a few hours.
